Forest Hills Piano CO. has been in operation since 2001 and began as a private piano studio in Evart, Michigan while Dr. Holley-Mallo was in high school. Since that time the studio has grown tremendously and relocated to it’s current location in Ada, MI. While seeking musical excellence, Dr. Holley-Mallo also realizes that many individuals want music to be a major part of their life despite having no desire to study or perform professionally. It is out of this understanding that the studio was born.
Dr. Holley-Mallo has four children, a spouse, a dedicated career in Family and Emergency Medicine as well as serving as a collaborative pianist and church musician. It was not until later in his academic career that Dr. Holley-Mallo decided to return to the university to study music.
Dr. Holley-Mallo aims to help students from all backgrounds realize that it does not have to be an either/or, but rather it is possible to do “both”. An individual does not have to choose between a career or sport and music, they can do both! At this time the studio offers lessons to beginning, intermediate, and advanced students. Whether you are just starting your musical journey or looking to advance your skill, we have a place here for you and we’re delighted that you’re considering us to be your partner in your musical study. INTERMEDIATE
Those looking to expand their knowledge of the piano or have basic knowledge. Weekly and monthly options at 45 to 60-minute lessons
ADVANCED
Those who have multiple years of musical instruction and who want some good practice to keep getting better. Weekly and Monthly options 60-minute lessons
